The deployment supported Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable business functions for PSEG Long Island and the broader PSEG finance organization, with the relationship expressed as PSEG Serrala FinanceSuite Accounts Payable AP Automation supporting Accounts Payable business functions. Integrations explicitly covered third party recruitment and benefits management systems, RESTful APIs for real time exchange with financial systems, ABAP extensions where required, and use of SuccessFactors Extension Center and SAP Fiori for mobile HR access. Governance and rollout included defined role based access control, Data Purge Policies for retention, comprehensive documentation, UAT and integration testing, and instructor led training for HR staff to drive adoption. Compliance controls were implemented to support GDPR, SOX, and FERC requirements, and audit readiness was maintained through detailed configuration and process records. Operationally the project preserved data integrity during migration of historical employee records into SuccessFactors and secured sensitive HR data via permissioning and audit controls. The SAP /4HANA transition for HR modules was managed alongside the SuccessFactors rollout with stated continuity of business operations and no disruption to services.
