Integration and coexistence focused on data alignment between absence records and payroll and scheduling systems, while Google Docs continued to support ancillary HR documentation and change control artifacts. Governance for Access TeamSeer centered on HR owning entitlement definitions and approval matrices, with changes routed through formal HR process updates and training for managers to enforce consistent workflows.
