The program required interfacing between SAP and other downstream systems to support spare parts inventory and procurement in Purchasing, consistent with the Finance and Purchasing team responsibilities described in the deployment context.
Governance followed an enterprise SAP project model with cross-functional project teams, Agile delivery practices, written functional specifications, unit and integration testing, coordinated user acceptance testing, and hyper-care support after go-live.
