In 2018, PUMA UK implemented SAP S/4 HANA as an ERP Financial backbone for its finance and accounting functions. The rollout included development of a formal SAP FIORI & S/4HANA Course Curriculum, created with the aid of workstream leads to present the SAP S/4 HANA solution to end users and to align training with business process changes.
The SAP FIORI & S/4HANA Course Curriculum was structured around core ERP Financial workflows, with content that mapped to general ledger processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and period end close scenarios consistent with ERP Financial best practices. Training materials emphasized the SAP FIORI user interface and launchpad navigation, role based transaction flows, and scripted end user scenarios to support day to day accounting operations.
Governance for the learning program was driven by workstream leads who coordinated course content and scheduling for end user presentations, positioning the SAP S/4 HANA curriculum as a primary adoption mechanism for finance teams. PUMA UK SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial served as the central platform referenced in training, connecting system capability knowledge to departmental operational workflows and user acceptance activities.

| Brightpearl | Legacy | Brightpearl ERP | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, PUMA UK implemented Brightpearl ERP within the Retail Management category to establish a UK-specific order and inventory backbone after the United Kingdom left the European Union. The engagement, which began in July 2021, combined systems integrations, custom-built applications, and integrated solutions to support ecommerce, fulfilment and customer communications for the UK business.
The implementation centered on order management and inventory orchestration capabilities in Brightpearl ERP. Core configuration work connected product information to commerce and fulfilment workflows, enabled stock synchronisation for online channels, and formalised multichannel fulfilment and reverse logistics processes so that orders could be downloaded, dispatched and status updates returned to channel systems.
Integrations were explicit and sequential, starting with the central Product Information Management system into Brightpearl to make new and updated product data immediately available to the UK team. Salesforce Commerce Cloud was integrated with Brightpearl to enable stock synchronisation and to ensure online orders flowed into Brightpearl for fulfilment, DSV was connected as the third party logistics provider to operationalise multichannel fulfilment and reverse logistics, and Brightpearl was linked to Emarsys and the We Are Pentagon Personalisation App to deliver transactional messaging and personalised customer experiences.
Process and governance changes were driven by the integration order, with the PIM to Brightpearl link underpinning downstream workflows and reducing manual handoffs. Real-time sales synchronisation to head office and automated feeds from Brightpearl into the central ERP removed manual processing of online orders, while the Brightpearl to Emarsys integration centralized order history for marketing and enabled the build out of data-backed email campaigns.
Outcomes described by the project scope include maintaining a consistent customer order experience in the UK despite operational segmentation, delivering efficient order management and fulfilment through DSV integration, and creating automated data flows that keep sales and inventory information synchronized across PUMA UK, Brightpearl ERP and head office systems.
