In 2016 Punj Lloyd implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial solution. The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment was built on Oracle Apps R12 and used SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, XML Publisher and D2K Reports, with Techno Brain India engaged as the implementation partner.
The implementation focused on core financial and procurement modules, including PO, INV, AP, FA, AR, PA and GL. Functional workstreams included report development and uploads for PO, INV, AP, FA, AR, PA and GL, creation and modification of PL/SQL procedures, triggers and packages, and the design of XML and RDF report artifacts to support accounting and project reporting needs.

Operational coverage extended across Punj Lloyds finance and procurement functions, supporting multinational operations across the Middle East, the Caspian, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and South Asia and interfacing with subsidiary accounting processes.

In 2010, Punj Lloyd implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS was deployed as the company Core HR application and introduced a web based Oracle HRMS branded MIDAS to centralize employee transactions and records.
MIDAS functions as a self service HR module and provides leave management, payroll processing support, and performance management capabilities. The solution also serves as a repository of HR related documents and a single source of employee information, consolidating personnel data and administrative records into the Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS environment.
Operationally the implementation targeted HR and payroll functions across the organization, embedding self service workflows for employee initiated transactions and HR administrative workflows for approvals and record keeping. The deployment emphasized standardized data structures and common employee master data to reduce process variation and support consistent HR operations.
Governance for the initiative focused on standardising processes and implementing global best practices, with MIDAS positioned to enforce document governance and a unified employee information model. The project narrative centers on consolidating Core HR capabilities into Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS while establishing a governed, web based self service layer for ongoing HR process execution.

In 2007, Punj Lloyd implemented Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management to standardize scheduling and portfolio oversight for its construction programs. Punj Lloyd used Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management as its primary Project Portfolio Management solution to support project planning, scheduling and execution for pipeline, station, civil and electrical works across its India operations.
The deployment emphasized core Primavera P6 capabilities including complex schedule development, critical path analysis, resource and manpower management, cost tracking and periodic progress monitoring. Planning teams relied on the application for baseline management, update cycles, micro planning of day to day site activities and to produce inputs for final documentation and project handover processes.
Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management operated alongside other project tools referenced in site roles, including Microsoft Project for certain planning tasks and AutoCAD for as built drawings, and it was implemented in the context of a Project Information Monitoring System PIMS. The implementation supported coordination with site disciplines involved in pipeline installation from 8 inch to 30 inch, station works, solar panel installation and SCADA system installation, reflecting multi‑disciplinary project coverage.
Governance and operational routines were structured around weekly progress meetings, client coordination, contractual documentation workflows and EHS compliance checks, with planners accountable for schedule updates, cost tracking, resource allocation and final project closing documents. The configuration and usage profile reflects a construction oriented rollout where Primavera P6 served as the authoritative scheduling and portfolio control layer for Punj Lloyd project planning and execution.
