In 2019, Pure Barre implemented Clubessential ClubReady to manage studio operations, CRM/lead management and franchise reporting across its United States studio network. The Clubessential ClubReady deployment targeted core Gym Management functions for a franchised boutique fitness model, consolidating operational control and reporting into a single application.
The implementation covered functional modules for studio operations, CRM and lead management, automated SMS and email campaign orchestration aimed at improving lead-to-member conversion, and scheduled franchise reporting to deliver daily KPIs to franchise partners. Clubessential ClubReady was configured as a full-suite solution to support front desk workflows, membership lifecycle management, class scheduling and revenue capture.
Integration scope included billing and payment processing inferred from ClubReady’s integrated payments services, and data feeds to franchise reporting processes. Operational coverage was the United States studio network, with configuration to support studio-level operations while centralizing franchisor reporting and KPI distribution.
Rollout governance emphasized lead management workflow changes and automated communications to raise conversion rates, plus routine reporting cadence to franchise partners for operational oversight. The project positioned Clubessential ClubReady as the primary Gym Management platform for studio operators and franchise reporting across Pure Barre’s US footprint.
