In 2024 Quixy deployed Xoxoday Empuls Employee Recognition to digitize employee recognition workflows and embed recognition into everyday collaboration. The implementation positions Xoxoday Empuls Employee Recognition as Quixy’s Employee Recognition and Rewards Management solution for HR and internal communications across its India operations.
The deployment configured core modules including Recognition, Rewards, and Social Intranet within Xoxoday Empuls Employee Recognition to enable peer to peer appreciation, points based rewards issuance, and a social feed for recognition activities. Configuration work focused on templated recognition actions, reward catalog setup and visibility controls to surface recognition alongside existing collaboration patterns.
Integration work connected recognition and rewards into Microsoft Teams so acknowledgements and reward notifications appear in real time within user workflows. Governance and process changes emphasized embedding recognition into routine HR and manager workflows, assigning administrative controls to HR for program management, and using the Social Intranet module to centralize internal communication. Reported outcomes included improved real time engagement and internal communication driven by the Teams integrated recognition experience.
