Integrations and operational coverage included cleared and custodial settlement rails such as DTC and Euroclear, coordination with the firm’s custodian for issuance programs, reconciliation to the general ledger, and connectivity to in house systems referenced in operations such as Devon and Pimms. Daily operational scale and scope are explicit in support activity, with an average daily volume of 3,600 activities and daily cash handling noted at USD 750 Billion, centralized at the Rabobank US New York trade support site. Governance and process controls were embedded in the implementation, with ownership of SOX key controls, daily reconciliation of front office PL against independently run middle office PL, management of fails resolution and outstanding confirmations, and coordination with legal, compliance and AML teams for confirmations and on boarding inquiries.
