Workday Legacy Workday HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2014 2018
In 2014, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union implemented Workday HCM to consolidate core HR functions and establish a unified Core HR platform across the organization. The deployment was overseen centrally, with explicit responsibilities for implementation, coordination, and ongoing management of the Workday environment to support HR, payroll, and talent processes. The implementation encompassed Workday HCM modules for human capital management, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, and time off and absence. Configuration work focused on the enterprise HR data model, position and job structures, benefit plan configuration, payroll element mapping, absence plan design, and recruitment workflows consistent with Core HR operational requirements. Integrations were implemented to exchange data between Workday HCM and the credit union's external payroll feeds, time capture systems, benefits carriers, and downstream HR reporting feeds. The integration approach emphasized transactional HR feed synchronization, payroll and benefit eligibility transmission, and time and attendance reconciliation to ensure accurate downstream processing. Governance and rollout centered on centralized change control, role based security and data governance for employee records, and staged process cutovers for payroll and benefits administration. Ongoing coordination covered operational handoffs between HR, payroll, and talent acquisition teams, and the program included management procedures for configuration changes and integration monitoring to sustain the Workday HCM Core HR environment.

Broadcom Legacy AppWorx Workload Automation Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union implemented AppWorx Workload Automation from Broadcom. The AppWorx Workload Automation deployment was positioned to orchestrate overnight batch processing and electronic file transfers across the credit union's data center operations, serving the NOC and production operations that run midnight to 8 am shifts. The implementation focused on core workload automation capabilities consistent with Business Process Management, including job scheduling, dependency orchestration, event-driven triggers, retry and error handling, and alerting tied to operational runbooks. AppWorx Workload Automation was configured to drive automated batch operations and to generate monitoring events and alerts consumed by operations staff and the after-hours help desk. Integrations were established with existing operational tooling explicitly referenced by the IT team, including Globalscape EFT for SFTP and FTP file movements, SolarWinds for systems and alert monitoring, Automic Workload Automation Suite in the environment, and Axway for file routing and managed file transfer workflows. The deployment scope extended across multiple platforms and production systems, with AppWorx coordinating inbound and outbound electronic file transfers, backup validation, and scheduled tape management for offsite retention. Governance and operational processes were formalized alongside the rollout, with procedures created for incident situation management, front-line escalation, system and special user administration, disk space and backup management, and batch run validation. Operational ownership remained with overnight data center operators and NOC staff who execute and monitor jobs, perform escalations to administrators or vendors, and maintain transactional integrity for core processing and reporting.
