Operational coverage centered on production and workforce planning functions at the Sinzheim site, aligning timekeeping, shopfloor supervision and personnel planning systems. Governance activities reorganized timekeeping and planning workflows to use a single integrated time recording and planning pathway, moving responsibility for overtime controls into combined operational and personnel planning processes.
