In 2020, Rayna Tourism implemented Technoheaven Travel Agency, a Travel Agency ERP, to centralize hotel, tours, transfers and B2B/B2C booking operations across its UAE operations. The deployment established a single application instance to act as the central reservations and task-management hub for the company’s UAE footprint.
The implementation used DMC, hotel management and tour modules, with integrated transfer and task-management capabilities described in the vendor case study. Technoheaven Travel Agency was configured to provide a unified booking engine and inventory controls supporting both B2B and B2C channels, enabling centralized rate and allocation management alongside coordinated tour and transfer scheduling.
The platform integrated front office booking workflows with operations-focused modules to streamline reservations, transfers and on-ground task assignment across sales, reservations and operations teams. Deployment centralized operational workflows across the UAE, aligning booking, distribution and ground handling processes under a single Travel Agency ERP instance.
Governance shifted toward centralized operational ownership of reservations and standardized task assignment workflows across departments, with automation applied to routine booking processes. According to the vendor case study, the rollout improved booking speed and increased operational automation for Rayna Tourism.
