SAP SAP ERP ECC 6.0 SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial ERP n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, Reckitt Benckiser migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S/4 HANA implementation was scoped as an ERP Financial deployment with primary emphasis on centralizing Accounts Receivable into a BPO Accounts Receivable operating model. The implementation covered explicit Accounts Receivable functional modules including Invoice Receipt via EDI, Payment collection, Cash Allocation, Goods Receipt, Stock Returns, Credit Limit Management, Collection Management and Dispute Management. Configuration activities included development and maintenance of a global template, creation of standard operating procedures, user guides, and authoring and approval of system test scripts. Operational coverage reflected a centralized BPO in Slough, Berkshire working with various local business units to enforce alignment to globally defined processes. Integrations were limited to EDI-based invoice receipt and payment collection interfaces with local teams, and the delivery required coordination with country teams to implement prerequisites and align to the global operating model. Governance and process controls were formalized through a Business Process Owner for Accounts Receivable, structured business change assessment workshops, a Change Control Board for escalation and approval, and collaboration with operating model and controls teams. The BPO role was responsible for minimizing local process exceptions, driving change management activities for global finance initiatives, and maintaining training and testing artefacts for SAP S/4 HANA.

SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 Reckitt Benckiser implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits as the enterprise benefits solution. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits to support Benefits Administration and to standardize Global Compensation and benefits configuration across HR and payroll touchpoints. The implementation covered core modules including Global Compensation and Benefits configuration, Employee and Manager Self Service for enrollment and life event handling, and Leave Management workflows. Configuration work emphasized eligibility rules, benefit plan setup and automated enrollment processes consistent with packaged HRMS capabilities. Integration architecture was designed to surface Employee Central as the benefits data hub and to exchange records with payroll via payroll integration capabilities. The solution used standard SAP SuccessFactors integration patterns to synchronize employee master data and benefits enrollment data with downstream payroll systems and HR reporting processes. Operational ownership was placed with HR and benefits administration teams, with role based approvals and manager self service governance to reduce manual routing. Process changes focused on establishing benefits policy controls, enrollment auditability and documented workflows for ongoing benefits maintenance under the Benefits Administration program.

Celonis GmbH Legacy Celonis Execution Management Platform Process Mining Analytics and BI n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Reckitt Benckiser deployed the Celonis Execution Management Platform to accelerate stabilization of its SAP landscape across eight process areas. The Celonis Execution Management Platform, a Process Mining solution, was brought online quickly to surface process variants and bottlenecks supporting SAP stabilization efforts. Implementation targeted Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Customer & Vendor Master Data Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as the primary modules, instrumenting eight discrete process views for analysis. The platform was configured for process discovery, conformance checking, visual process analytics and root cause analysis to prioritize remediation activities and clarify end-to-end flows. The Celonis Execution Management Platform was integrated with SAP to ingest transactional and master data for end-to-end traceability across finance, procurement, order management and master data teams. Data model alignment and process mapping were implemented to standardize event logs and enable cross-functional process metrics and investigations. Rollout occurred within months and emphasized rapid instrumentation, iterative dashboards and handoff to business process owners for continuous monitoring and action orchestration. Governance established process ownership and escalation workflows to convert analytic findings into operational change and sustain the stabilization of SAP.
