In April 2020, Red Dot Payment implemented Snowflake Data Warehouse to centralize transaction data and support merchant reporting across its payment operations. The deployment targeted Data Warehouse use cases for transaction reporting, financial reconciliations, and analytic workloads for the Singapore headquartered fintech with operations in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Africa.
The initiative began with a proof of concept followed by a full deployment, with the internal IT team executing most of the engineering work and Snowflake providing product support as required. The Snowflake Data Warehouse hosts combined workloads for data engineering, data lake consolidation, data warehousing, data science, and data applications, enabling complex joins and transformations to run inside the platform rather than across multiple intermediate stores. Processing and transformation logic was consolidated into Snowflake to produce a single version of the truth for downstream consumers.
Operational integration ingests merchant transaction feeds, credit card provider feeds, and data from other payment firms, making external data immediately available for downstream processing. The environment supports roughly 40,000 merchant transactions processed each day and drives merchant report generation and internal reconciliation workflows. Removing prior data cataloging bottlenecks allowed reports to be generated directly from the Snowflake Data Warehouse and shortened internal processing pipelines.
Governance was tightened by centralizing reconciliations and reporting on a single authoritative dataset within Snowflake, improving confidence in financial calculations and operational reporting. As an explicit outcome of the implementation Red Dot Payment reduced data management costs by 75 percent and shortened merchant report delivery from two days to under one hour, while some internal reports now complete in under 30 minutes. The company is planning to extend Snowflake workloads to support AI tools to monitor and identify fraudulent transactions and add further value for merchant clients.

In 2013, Red Dot Payment implemented GoDaddy Webmail as its Collaboration solution. The Singapore-based payments firm with approximately 80 employees provisioned GoDaddy Webmail on its corporate domain and exposed the service for website-facing email reception as well as staff mailboxes.
GoDaddy Webmail delivered standard web-hosted email access, mailbox provisioning, and SMTP and IMAP connectivity to support internal communications and external customer messages. The deployment focused on mailbox administration, domain-level routing, and webmail access rather than platform-level application integrations.
Operational governance was managed through the GoDaddy vendor account, using provider controls for mailbox lifecycle, account credentials, and DNS email records. GoDaddy Webmail supported core business functions at Red Dot Payment including operations, finance, and customer contact channels.
