Operational oversight and rollout were driven from Sydney, Australia, with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leading recruitment delivery and system adoption efforts between August 2018 and February 2019. Governance activities included enforcing process adherence for candidate tracking system usage, revamping onboarding procedures, updating recruitment materials across the three brands, and building stakeholder relationships to manage expectations through the recruitment lifecycle. Outcomes recorded in project notes include Successful implementation of New onboarding process and Successful implementation of Flare HR system, reflecting completed onboarding and Core HR module deployments that supported recruitment and induction processes.
