In 2016, Region Sjaelland contracted Omda CoordCom Dispatch to improve emergency response call-taking, ambulance dispatch workflows and inter-agency communication. The Omda CoordCom Dispatch implementation focused on standard dispatch functional capabilities including centralized call-taking, incident logging, dispatch orchestration, resource allocation and situational awareness for ambulance coordination. Configuration work emphasized workflow templates for emergency call triage, tasking of ambulance units and structured communication channels to support multi‑agency coordination.
Operational coverage targeted pre hospital emergency services and regional ambulance coordination across Region Sjaelland, aligning call center procedures and dispatch operations under a single application platform.
