Oracle Consulting Services served as the sole implementer after the project was awarded on 1 December 2008, delivering the first phase for Core HCM and Financial Management within six months. The architecture centralized HR and financial data in a unified PeopleSoft Enterprise application, enforcing a common financial accounting structure and providing a single source of transactional records across business functions.
Operational coverage spanned the full resort footprint and back office functions, unifying front line transactional and operational systems with core HR, financials, and procurement. Governance workstreams included the development of standard operating processes and procedures from the ground up, and the establishment of process controls for recruitment, supplier management, and corporate financial reporting.

IBM Maximo was integrated via BizTalk with Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Opera, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Ariba, VersaFleet, and SenseTime FR, with SQL Server as the database platform and NAS file servers and PGP encryption used for secure file exchanges. The technology stack included BizTalk orchestration, REST SOAP messaging, JSON XML transformations, and version control in TFS to support automated interface deployments.
Operational governance encompassed application and interface management, BizTalk Server administration, API gateway policy enforcement, and secure file handling procedures for bank and CRA files. Workflows were restructured to route procurement and finance related maintenance requests through integrations with SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft, while IBM Maximo served as the authoritative execution system for maintenance activities.
