The architecture centralized HR and financial data in a unified PeopleSoft Enterprise application, enforcing a common financial accounting structure and providing a single source of transactional records across business functions. Operational coverage spanned the full resort footprint and back office functions, unifying front line transactional and operational systems with core HR, financials, and procurement. Governance workstreams included the development of standard operating processes and procedures from the ground up, and the establishment of process controls for recruitment, supplier management, and corporate financial reporting. Operational governance encompassed application and interface management, BizTalk Server administration, API gateway policy enforcement, and secure file handling procedures for bank and CRA files. Workflows were restructured to route procurement and finance related maintenance requests through integrations with SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft, while IBM Maximo served as the authoritative execution system for maintenance activities.
