In 2019, RevSpring implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment targeted ERP Financial functions and was executed under the Corporate Project Management Office led by a Senior IT Project Manager, establishing enterprise project governance and a multiyear rollout between 2019 and 2021.
The implementation consolidated finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable into Oracle NetSuite ERP, and introduced Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service for unified budgeting and planning. Billing and invoicing were centralized through a Zone Advanced Billing solution hosted within Oracle NetSuite, while inventory control was standardized as a perpetual inventory system inside NetSuite to create a single source for transactional financial and inventory records.
Integrations were instrumented to support operational continuity and data normalization. A Celigo integrator was implemented between NetSuite and Salesforce to exchange Account and Customer records, Contacts, and Financial data, and a Billing Data Warehouse was developed to normalize billing usage feeds into the consolidated billing system with embedded sales tax processing. Data protection was addressed with a Baffle Manager and Baffle Shield encryption project to secure PII and PHI both at rest and in transmission.
Governance and process transformation were driven by the corporate PMO, which planned, directed, and coordinated cross functional teams across finance, billing, inventory, and IT. Implementations emphasized data normalization, orchestration of billing and financial workflows, and centralized operational control under Oracle NetSuite ERP, with successful go live milestones reported for the consolidated billing, inventory, and core financial modules.
