| SAP | Legacy | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2022 | 2023 |
In 2022 Rheinmetall implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial backbone and concurrently redesigned embedded Extended Warehouse Management capabilities to align warehousing with core ERP processes. The engagement focused on configuring S/4 HANA EWM functionality and preparing the environment for transactional go live while preserving the application role as Rheinmetall SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial for finance and operational reconciliation.
The implementation delivered a comprehensive EWM configuration that included inbound processing and deconsolidation, handling of handling unit management, and complex batch and serial number management. The team configured EWM integration with Quality Management during inbound inspection, outbound processes integrated with Production and PSA, PSA and drop zone staging, batch determination logic, storage types and storage sections, warehouse order creation rules, wave processing templates, PACI, putaway and picking strategies, fixed bin scenarios, replenishment, and vendor return processing using returns purchase orders and the EWM returns workflow.
Operational integrations were explicitly implemented with Production and PSA staging workflows and with SAP Quality Management to enforce inspection gates during inbound. The redesign included mobile warehouse operations configured for RF gun driven picking and putaway, designed handling unit label and handling unit content forms, and tailored pick slip formats to support warehouse floor execution under S/4 HANA.
Governance and rollout covered full system configuration, testing, data preparation, user acceptance testing, user training, configuration and training documentation, go-live and post-go-live support, and ongoing support for configuration stabilization. Activities documented included configuration artifacts, UAT scripts, training materials, and post-go-live support processes to sustain the SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial and EWM operational model.

| Cornerstone OnDemand | Legacy | Cornerstone Saba Lumesse TalentLink Recruitment | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Rheinmetall implemented Cornerstone Saba Lumesse TalentLink Recruitment as its Applicant Tracking System. The Cornerstone Saba Lumesse TalentLink Recruitment deployment was provisioned as the primary recruitment platform driving the company careers site, using Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS as the public-facing application interface for job applications.
The implementation focused on standard Applicant Tracking System functional modules, including job requisition creation and publishing, candidate application intake through the career portal, applicant tracking and status workflows, talent pool and candidate database management, and configurable hiring workflows for screening and interview coordination. Configuration work emphasized role-based access for recruiting and HR users, form and workflow customization, and career site integration to present live job posts.
Integrations were explicitly centered on the corporate careers website where Saba Lumesse Recruit ATS handled application capture and candidate routing. Operational coverage targeted Rheinmetall talent acquisition and recruiting teams who managed end-to-end applicant lifecycle processes from posting to candidate selection, with the system serving as the single source for applicant records for externally submitted applications.
Governance changes accompanying the rollout formalized requisition approval paths, standardized job posting controls, and centralized candidate record handling to create consistent recruiting workflows across hiring teams. The narrative reflects a recruitment automation initiative anchored by Cornerstone Saba Lumesse TalentLink Recruitment as the Applicant Tracking System supporting Rheinmetall hiring operations.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Rheinmetall adopted Cisco Webex Meetings for Audio Video and Web Conferencing on its website. Cisco Webex Meetings is deployed as the enterprise conferencing solution on the public web presence, enabling browser-based joins, real-time video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, and meeting recording for scheduled and ad hoc sessions. The implementation centers on embedding Webex meeting access and registration flows into corporate web pages to support external stakeholder engagement and public-facing briefing workflows.
Functionally the deployment leverages standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities, including meeting scheduling and host controls, participant management, meeting recordings, and collaboration features such as screen share and chat. Operational governance is handled through centralized configuration and administration of the Cisco Webex Meetings instance on the website, aligning meeting access controls and content retention with corporate communications practices.
