Governance and workflow changes emphasized continuous coordination with the Client Services Supervisor, defined 24 hour availability protocols, and strengthened confidentiality and recordkeeping practices. Supervisory analytical and problem solving processes were embedded into operations, with staff responsibilities documented to support intake handling, complaint management, and maintenance of patient privacy.
