The deployment concentrates operational ownership with HR Advisors who serve as system super users, administering absence notifications, holiday booking, and carry over workflows for both business support staff and associates.
Using ADP Total Absence Management HR Advisors manage the end to end absence lifecycle, including issuing and tracking self certification forms, updating absence records, and conducting periodic audits against time recording information. Configuration emphasizes absence recording, holiday booking interfaces, carry over administration, and role based access for line managers and HR administrators, with HR Advisors delivering system and holiday booking training to new joiners and managers.
The implementation is integrated with the firm payroll processes and the PeopleSoft HR database as reflected in operational procedures, where HR Advisors update PeopleSoft for starter and leaver transactions and liaise with payroll to ensure monthly payroll changes are captured and processed within deadlines. Operational coverage includes maintaining the weekly Starters Movers and Leavers list, supporting payroll audits, and producing ad hoc HR reports and statistics for London HR.
