The project was delivered in partnership with Roima Intelligence as an AVEVA endorsed system integrator and Schneider Electric as an implementation partner, integrating AVEVA Asset Information Management into Roslagsvatten's OT and IT layers. Integrations focused on anchoring operational technology feeds and asset metadata into the central information model to support operations, maintenance, and upgrade planning. Operational coverage spanned water and wastewater operations across the utility region in Sweden.
Governance and rollout emphasized changes to handover procedures and lifecycle workflows, with Roima Intelligence and Schneider Electric supporting configuration, training, and phased deployment. Roslagsvatten reported a 40% reduction in handover costs and faster upgrades as outcomes of the implementation.
