In 2003, Rothschild implemented Cegid ERP as its Retail Management platform to centralize finance and commissioning management workflows. The deployment targeted banking and insurance commissioning management and finance functions including accounting, controlling, tax declarative work and banking regulatory reporting for France and Belgium.
The implementation centered on a financial interface design and Cegid ERP configuration to support Accounting, Controlling, tax declarative and banking regulatory capabilities. Functional scope included commissioning management workflows, daily administration automation and process industrialization, with .Net development support provided as part of the project delivery.
Integrations and data movement included a migration involving SAP into the Cegid ERP financial interface, with coordination between the project team, the internal IT group and external publishers for trade relations. Operational coverage emphasized the finance organization and bank commissioning functions within the stated regulatory jurisdictions.
Governance was executed by a compact team of three people responsible for project management, framing subcontractors, coordinating .Net development and maintaining relations with the IT group. Main achievements documented were the design and implementation of the financial interface centered on Cegid ERP, the SAP migration effort, and the establishment of daily administration, automation and industrialized processes.
