Administrators used PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager and PeopleSoft Images to download and apply fixes and patches, and the environment was supported through standard application lifecycle operations including upgrades and PeopleTools patching.
Governance emphasized structured upgrade and patch workflows, ongoing DBA ownership for support and troubleshooting, and development of reporting to align finance and project workflows. Oracle PeopleSoft ERP served as the central ERP Financial platform for the cited business functions, with operational processes organized around application maintenance and release management.

In 2024, Roush implemented Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Manufacturing as a Manufacturing ERP initiative to support plan to produce processes. The implementation targeted U.S. manufacturing operations and was delivered with Smart Erp Solutions.
Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Manufacturing was configured with cloud constrained planning features including BOM substitutes, alternate routings and subcontracted manufacturing to address constrained planning scenarios alongside PeopleSoft Production Planning. Functional emphasis included production scheduling, bill of materials configuration and subcontract management consistent with Manufacturing ERP capabilities.
The project implemented a closed loop integration between PeopleSoft FSCM and Oracle Cloud Supply Planning to orchestrate plan to produce flows and to synchronize supply plan constraints back into execution systems. Integration points focused on supply planning signals, constraint reconciliation and production order updates to maintain alignment between planning and shop floor execution across U.S. manufacturing operations.
Delivery and governance were coordinated with Smart Erp Solutions and emphasized an integrated planning cadence and operational handoffs between planning, manufacturing and supply chain functions. The partner documentation describes the adoption of cloud constrained planning features and closed loop planning workflows as the core of the Manufacturing ERP implementation.
