In 2019 Roy Hill implemented LiveHire CRM to centralize recruitment and candidate engagement as part of its Candidate Relationship Management capabilities supporting HR and People Services. The LiveHire CRM deployment focused on establishing talent pools, candidate pipelines, role requisition workflows and onboarding touchpoints to support recruitment lifecycle management and candidate engagement functions at Roy Hill.
Configuration emphasized candidate relationship workflows, automated engagement sequences and integration points for onboarding handoffs. LiveHire CRM was configured alongside People Services processes to feed position management and manning budgeting workflows, reflecting the companys requirement for structured requisition and candidate-to-hire orchestration.
The implementation integrated with existing HR and data systems explicitly including SAP SuccessFactors and HR Onboard, and it interfaced with SAP, Enable Logistics, INX and RMS as part of broader people technology interoperability. Reporting and analytics were surfaced through Microsoft Power BI, with datasets and report governance developed to provide leaders with recruitment and people-related metrics.
Governance and operational oversight were established through the Operational Performance Measurement and People Services functions, with defined ownership for Power BI reports and the operational performance measurement system. The program reinforced the interface between HR and Technology for people related projects, standardized recruitment workflows and centralized candidate relationship management using LiveHire CRM to support HR, People Services and leadership decision making.
