Integration work focused on mapped master data and transactional feeds between Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and external operational systems, using staged migration windows and batch transfer patterns to reduce reconciliation effort. Governance established centralized finance process ownership and change control for interfaces, with business subject matter experts driving validation and the Microsoft recommended supplier executing technical migration tasks. Rollout was staged to preserve operational continuity, with coordinated cutover activities and post go live stabilization support across finance, underwriting support and customer service functions.
