In 2021, RSEA Safety implemented UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) as its Core HR application. The deployment encompassed the Kronos Workforce Ready suite and included a data transition from a Pronto system to Kronos, with the Workforce Operations Manager acting as a key implementation lead.
The configuration emphasized workforce management capabilities aligned with Core HR processes, specifically enterprise rostering and scheduling, automated roster generation governed by enterprise bargaining agreements, and the creation of operational dashboards. Weekly workforce reporting and dashboarding were configured to measure workforce efficiency across stores, distribution centers, embroidery sites and the HIRE division.
Operational coverage extended across all RSEA sites in Australia and New Zealand, impacting store operations, human resources, and finance functions. Reporting outputs were formalized to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly workforce reports to support CFO level business planning, budgeting and evaluation, and to inform the Chief of Human Resources on variance to plans.
Project governance included preparing project schedules, tracking and monitoring deliverables and meetings, establishing performance goals for the project team, and setting clear standards and metrics to measure labour performance efficiency. The rollout embedded a continuous improvement approach to labour resourcing, and regular engagement with store managers was used to ensure national alignment and compliance with applicable EBAs.
The implementation went live successfully and established ongoing processes for generating rostering reports in conjunction with EBAs and for refining a workforce model that optimizes labour allocation. UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) remains the Core HR application used to operationalize rostering, compliance and workforce planning across RSEA Safety.

In 2019 RSEA Safety implemented Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management as the enterprise asset application supporting its retail and warehouse footprint in Australia. The Pronto Xi Asset and Facility Management deployment was provisioned inside the existing Pronto Software ecosystem to provide centralized asset registers, maintenance scheduling and work order orchestration across stores and distribution sites, aligned to the Asset Performance Management category.
Module-level configuration emphasized asset master data, scheduled maintenance, work order processing and linkage to fixed asset accounting. The implementation leveraged Pronto utilities such as Maintenance Utility proman for data corrections and Report Distribution Management for scheduled outputs, and used data intelligence projects to maintain project and asset records in line with operational requirements.
Operational integrations tied the asset management workflows to core Pronto ERP modules explicitly including Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inventory and Warehouse Management System components. Operational scope extended to store ICT and hardware management, with IT support processes coordinating POS, EFTPOS and telephony setups and troubleshooting front-end systems, enabling asset lifecycle tracking for point-of-sale terminals and warehouse equipment.
Governance and runbook practices were defined by the IT applications team, including role and security maintenance, user onboarding and password management in Pronto SMC, monitoring and resolving table locks, schedule management for queued batch jobs and maintaining code tables. Day-to-day operational ownership rested with IT support for device registers, imaging and enrolment processes, and documentation and training for end users to sustain asset data integrity and maintenance workflows.
