In 2017, Rstbrands deployed Microsoft 365 to establish Collaboration capabilities across the organization. Rstbrands implemented Microsoft 365 on its public website and within internal user environments to centralize communication, document access, and basic content publishing while aligning with its manufacturing business functions.
The Microsoft 365 deployment was configured to deliver core Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online email, SharePoint Online intranet content and document libraries, OneDrive file sync and storage, Microsoft Teams messaging and meetings, and Office desktop and web applications for productivity and coauthoring. Configuration work emphasized shared libraries, document versioning, calendar coordination, and real time coauthoring workflows to support cross functional teams.

Operationally the implementation supported Rstbrands B2B channels and direct-to-consumer sales through the RSTbrands.com and Flowwall.com websites, aligning online storefronts with back office order processing and fulfillment. Data flows consolidated order, customer and fulfillment information within the NetSuite cloud environment to enable single-source order handling across channels.
Governance formalized cross-functional workflows between sales, operations, warehousing and marketing to centralize order-to-cash and fulfillment processes. Rstbrands leveraged Oracle NetSuite Commerce to streamline its B2B business and to support direct-to-consumer sales as stated by the company.
