In 2018, RTO National implemented Sage 50 as its ERP Financial system. The deployment centralized core accounting work including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries, daily bank balance reconciliation, and transaction recording for bank transfers, finance payoffs, and borrower payments while supporting projects assigned by the controller and CFO.
Sage 50 was configured to support standard accounting workflows for A P and A R, bank reconciliation, and clearing account management, and accounting procedures were developed and formalized for those areas. Automation was introduced for recurring reporting tasks, including multiple report processes automated with VBA Macros to accelerate the monthly close cycle.
The implementation included data integration work, developing and maintaining refreshable queries from Sage, MySQL, and RAM, and building refreshable reports used by collectors to manage their portfolio and understand KPI. Those refreshable reports linked transactional accounting data to collections workflows, extending the ERP Financial capabilities into collections operations and portfolio monitoring.
Governance and operational coverage focused on the accounting team, collections staff, and finance leadership including the controller and CFO, with new procedures for bank reconciliation and clearing accounts embedded into day to day practice. Outcomes captured in the implementation included a library of refreshable reports for collectors and a reduced monthly close time via VBA driven automation.

In 2020 RTO National deployed Hotjar on its public website to capture behavioral analytics for Customer Experience and web UX. The deployment established Hotjar as the primary session-level observation and on-page feedback tool supporting digital experience workflows across the company.
Hotjar was configured to collect page-level heatmaps, session recordings, conversion funnel observations, and on-page feedback polls and surveys, aligning with typical Customer Experience capabilities for qualitative web analytics. Instrumentation focused on user journey touchpoints on the corporate site, with event and page targeting to surface usability issues and visitor intent signals for analysis by internal teams.
Operational ownership rested with marketing and digital experience teams, who used Hotjar outputs to inform UX iteration, content optimization, and customer experience reviews. Governance was implemented through access control and data retention settings to limit internal use to product and experience stakeholders, and Hotjar outputs were consumed as part of routine UX and marketing workflows rather than as a transactional system of record.
