Operational scope was centered on finance and controlling teams supporting SABMiller Brands Europe, with data flows and reporting consolidated through the SAP BW environment. Governance and rollout followed structured project phases with formal analysis, design reviews, test management and a transition into Run operations. The implementation narrative documents a completed ECC 6.0, PI and BW deployment delivered for SABMiller Brands Europe under a full life cycle engagement.
