Governance and rollout used Vena EMS+ managed services as an extension of the university team, with a dedicated consultant building integration channels, operationalizing the custom data model and introducing Vena Insights dashboards. The combined Ellucian Banner ERP data architecture and Vena visualization layer established a single source of truth for financial and enrollment reporting and reframed departmental reporting into interactive, customizable dashboards trusted by senior leadership.
