Operational coverage included customer initiated bill payments and intra and interbank fund transfers, with payment flows instrumented for PEN based settlement and online reconciliation. Rollout and governance were organized around payments operations, digital channels and corporate banking teams, with configuration and process ownership retained by Sampath Bank operational units. Controls were established in the payments processing layer to align authorization workflows and settlement handoffs, consistent with standard Payment Processing governance for online banking platforms.
