A help desk was organized, trained, and implemented to assist company personnel with SAP problems, and frontline processes included a customer focused approach for resolving vendor and field inquiries.
Governance and controls were formalized to meet SOX compliance requirements, with documented procedures and training programs to support audit readiness.
