Where out-of-the-box functionality did not meet requirements, custom solutions were built using App Composer and Page Composer to extend data models and UI pages, preserving cloud-native configuration patterns and minimizing invasive code changes. A conversion and integration layer was designed, built and deployed to load PeopleSoft Benefits and Absence Management transactional data into Oracle HCM Cloud, providing a pragmatic path to populate the new environment. The technical architecture therefore combined Oracle Cloud HCM as the target application, custom configuration extensions via App Composer and Page Composer, and a bespoke conversion tool to ingest PeopleSoft transactional records. Operational scope included HR and Benefits administration functions and involved the same technical lead providing O&M support and guidance for existing PeopleSoft applications during the transition. The technical lead also supported activities to outsource PeopleSoft Pension Administration to a third party vendor, coordinating data extraction and handoff as part of governance and cutover planning.
