In 2010, Sanofi Genzyme implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as an ERP Financial system to centralize international invoicing and financial operational workflows. The team produced business and functional specifications for customizations after analyzing existing Validation Rules, Triggers and Page Layouts, aligning configuration changes to documented requirements for the Veeva Oncology Link environment.
The implementation involved active collaboration with internal and external support teams and coordination with IT and QA for release management, including facilitating user acceptance testing in HP ALM prior to production deployment. The deployment covered Medical Affairs and field force users across multiple therapeutic areas, and included training and enablement through demo sessions delivered at an off-site Veeva Oncology Summit.
