The application was also used to record bank verified wires and to support payroll processing backup tasks, while enabling cross training between Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll functions.
Integrations and operational coverage included bank wire initiation and recording functionality and payment processing workflows for credit card transactions and remote deposits, with Microsoft Dynamics GP acting as the transaction repository. Governance and process changes emphasized role cross training, Staff Accountant collaboration for month end close activities, and CFO assigned special projects, positioning Microsoft Dynamics GP as the centralized financial control and reporting platform.

UKG Pro Compensation was configured to support core Compensation Management capabilities such as salary planning, merit and bonus cycles, position and pay structure enforcement, and manager self-service for field leadership. Configuration work aligned compensation cycles with performance review inputs and talent assessment outputs to ensure pay actions reflected Organization and Leadership Review outcomes.
The compensation application was integrated with SavATree's UKG-based onboarding, ATS and recruiting, HR analytics, learning and talent management systems so that hiring, performance and development signals feed compensation workflows. Operational coverage included People Operations, Total Rewards, HR business partners and branch managers, with the system used to digitize HR self-service workflows for field teams.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, leveraging an upgraded HR operating model and centralized total reward analysis used during M&A integrations and succession planning across 450 leaders. The deployment embedded Compensation Management into enterprise workforce planning and performance governance and supported the broader HRMS objective of digitizing HR self-service and reducing G&A costs.
