In 2019, Saxion University of Applied Sciences implemented Capital ID Mediabank as part of a Brand Portal deployment to centralise more than 3,000 photos, templates and brand guidelines for its marketing and communications teams in the Netherlands. Capital ID Mediabank functions as the institution's Digital Asset Management solution, providing a single repository for approved imagery and templated assets used by the Stijlstudio and distributed communications functions across the university.
The implementation followed a 2019 new huisstijl rollout and was configured to present brand guidelines alongside template management and searchable media assets, supporting faster on brand content creation workflows. Governance was aligned around the Brand Portal with the Stijlstudio operating as a central content steward, and the deployment delivered measurable time savings for the Stijlstudio and the wider organisation as reported in the vendor case study.
