Operational coverage included core finance teams such as accounts payable and travel expense reconciliation, with the solution acting as the central invoice intake and processing hub that feeds transactional outputs into the underlying ERP systems. Governance and process changes were led by the invoice process owner and guided by LEAN principles to streamline touch points and reduce rework in invoice, outgoing invoice, and travel expense workflows. Workflow automation was applied to routing and approvals consistent with corporate hiring policies. The solution integrated with existing payroll interfaces and the eTeczka personnel repository to enable seamless transfer of new hire information into payroll and employee records for Kraków and Gdańsk sites. Schibsted engaged Robiquity as the systems integrator for deployment and configuration services. Remote HR access was enabled by centralizing the Symfonia HR services, supporting full remote access for HR teams and reducing paper handling in local offices. Governance centered on centralized HR access controls, standardized recruitment workflows, and a single source of truth for personnel data to streamline hiring and onboarding processes.
