In 2019, SCOR implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online for AP Automation. The implementation targeted accounts payable digitization within the finance organization, concentrating on invoice ingestion, automated data capture, and streamlined procure-to-pay touchpoints across SAP-led purchasing processes.
Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to provide cloud-based invoice capture, OCR extraction, automated data validation, and invoice matching workflows typical of AP Automation platforms. Configuration included business rules for header and line-level validation, exception handling and routing, and automated posting-ready invoice data prepared for financial posting.
The deployment integrated with SAP S/4 HANA P2P and MM modules and with Ariba procurement workflows, using API and file exchange patterns to transmit invoice header and line detail, match results, and exception flags back into SAP and Ariba. Architecture followed a cloud-first SaaS model for ReadSoft, with connectors orchestrating data flow between Kofax ReadSoft Online and SAP S/4 HANA P2P systems while retaining Ariba for procurement event and PO reconciliation contexts.
Vendor Tungsten Automation is identified in the implementation context, supporting solution provisioning and configuration. Integrations were limited to the corporate careers channel, with the application instrumenting the web-based application flow and routing candidate records into the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting instance. Operational coverage targeted SCORs HR and Talent Acquisition functions in France, enabling hiring managers and recruiters to access a centralized applicant tracking environment.
Governance focused on formalizing requisition and approval workflows within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, introducing structured candidate stages and role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers. The rollout emphasized process alignment for hiring lifecycle management and centralized candidate recordkeeping under the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation.

In 2021 SCOR implemented SAP Digital Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Execution System to support its finance and consolidation landscape. The SAP Digital Manufacturing deployment was positioned within SCOR’s broader SAP roadmap alongside S/4 FI/CO and SAP BFC, reflecting a targeted use of manufacturing execution capabilities to standardize data flows used in financial disclosure and consolidation processes.
SAP Digital Manufacturing was configured to deliver core Manufacturing Execution System capabilities including transactional execution workflows, production and event data capture, and structured data streams for downstream reporting. Configuration emphasized data harmonization and automated data handoffs to enterprise performance management, aligning manufacturing execution outputs with fiscal reporting inputs and disclosure timelines.
Integrations were implemented with SAP S/4 FI/CO and SAP BFC to ensure financial postings and consolidation data could consume validated operational data. Operational coverage was managed as part of the global finance core scope, with governance connecting EPM, consolidation, and disclosure teams to the manufacturing execution layer to support business as usual and normative reporting requirements.
Governance and rollout were overseen by SCOR’s Global Finance Core Solution lead, who defined and monitored the roadmap and coordinated a team of roughly 60 internal and external IT resources. The deployment supported continuous performance optimization of the end to end process from data load to disclosure, and was used to produce data on time and according to reporting requirements, including normative evolutions affecting consolidation and disclosure.
