Technical support and development activities centered on customization, new development, and interface development to support the upgraded Oracle E-Business Suite. Operational coverage spanned procurement, inventory, and accounts payable teams across all group companies, with user training delivered on the new business processes used in Oracle E-Business Suite and ongoing post production support provided to stabilize P2P and related financial workflows.

The implementation was led from Central Services and targeted training orchestration across Strategic Business Units and Verticals, with a declared global rollout of Oracle Learning Management and Oracle Performance Management modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Learning environment.
The deployment focused on configuring Oracle Learning Management and Oracle Performance Management to support annual learning plans, L&D budgeting, blended learning workflows, enrollment management, and assessment processes. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included a training evaluation model and measurement interventions, frameworks for on the job and off the job training, succession planning and talent clustering, career development planning, and leadership and behaviour standards and assessments.
Operational coverage included the Learning and Development function, HR business partners, and line managers who were required to execute local training plans and comply with centrally defined policies. Governance was centralized through an eight member L&D team operating from Central Services, with processes designed to align business objectives and individual development needs and to comply with ISO and CMMi aligned organizational training process standards.
Program governance and rollout included formalized training policies, frameworks for self learning and e learning, structured career discussions and development plans, and the use of the annual learning plan as the mechanism for budget and program approval. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Learning implementation provided a consolidated enterprise learning platform enabling systematic talent identification, leadership development programs, and measurement of learning effectiveness across the group.
