The deployment positioned Sidetrade Augmented Cash as the centralized accounts receivable and credit management engine supporting Finance operations across collections, cash application, dispute handling, and automated dunning workflows. The Sidetrade Augmented Cash implementation included configuration of core modules for credit scoring, automated cash allocation, collection prioritization, and promise to pay orchestration, reflecting standard AR Automation functional flows. The project emphasized parameterization for automated matching rules and reconciliation logic, and incorporated configuration management and support processes to maintain application performance and change control. Integrations were executed with existing finance infrastructure, linking Sidetrade Augmented Cash to cash allocation and matching automation via COT, to PeopleSoft financials for AR posting and accounting entries, and to document and channel services including Itesoft for invoice dematerialization and EDI/Chorus for electronic invoice exchange. Governance and operationalization followed enterprise finance practices, with defined Run responsibilities including Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support, project governance through kickoff and steering committees, budget monitoring, supplier SLA oversight, and change management to align processes and user support. Sidetrade Augmented Cash was documented as the AR Automation solution within the Finance domain, with attention to configuration administration, regulatory compliance workflows and ongoing operational maintenance.
