Governance and process changes included designation of local super users, a reviewer role for full set account review covering Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and General Ledger, and extensive user training during the SSC transition in 2019. Ongoing responsibilities after rollout included supporting auditors and tax agents, maintaining SAP administration until SSC formation, and resolving user issues for SAP Concur Travel submissions across the region.
