The deployment is listed on the vendor site and reflects a vendor-hosted SaaS approach consistent with the application category Springworks EngageWith supports.
The implementation focused on core Employee Engagement,Employee Recognition and Rewards Management capabilities including configurable pulse and engagement surveys, peer to peer recognition workflows, points based rewards catalog configuration, manager driven recognition, campaign scheduling and engagement analytics dashboards.
