Enterprise governance incorporated a multichannel compliance management system covering quality control, internal audit, vendor management, and compliance and litigation management, aligning policy and workflow controls with the Finastra platform. Holding the source code license shifted Shellpoint toward internal enhancement development and tighter change control between business, IT, and compliance teams.
