Governance and operational workflows emphasized centralized expense report preparation, P-card to SAP reconciliation processes, travel booking and expense submission procedures, and administrative onboarding support tied to expense access. New hire provisioning tasks included workspace planning, system logins, facility badges and orientation, ensuring users were enabled to submit and reconcile expenses within SAP Concur Expense.

Project management emphasized integration, testing and staged rollout of dashboards and automated reports to ensure repeatability and data accuracy. The implementation positioned MicroStrategy ONE Analytics as the single source of truth, produced insightful and actionable executive level reports and dashboards, and moved data warehouse accuracy higher through targeted quality improvement initiatives. Forecasting and strategic planning workflows were streamlined by applying statistical and trend analyses and by centralizing reporting and analytics for business owners and executives.
