Recruiting, application intake and onboarding were unified with timekeeping and payroll data flows to reduce duplicated entry, and the scope of rollout was focused on the Sheridan, Wyoming site and its HR and finance teams. Governance changes centered on standardized hiring workflows and an administrator driven intake process to control who provisions new hire payroll records, and the go live produced measurable operational improvements that were reported after deployment. After go live payroll processing time decreased from approximately 2 hours to about 15 minutes, and timekeeping and recruiting workflows became simpler and more accurate.
