The deployment covered four divisions across PAN India and the group manufacturing footprint of three plants in Odisha and West Bengal, aligning interview orchestration with an enterprise Employee Master and employee self service capabilities. Uneecops HROne Recruitment Interview was configured to automate core recruitment workflows including candidate intake, interview slot coordination, panel assignment and structured evaluation capture, reflecting standard Interview Scheduling functional patterns. The implementation emphasized workflow automation across the candidate lifecycle so interview scheduling, feedback collection and decision gating were executed within the application rather than by email or manual spreadsheets. Operational integrations were established between Uneecops HROne Recruitment Interview, the centralized Employee Master and the ESS and Mobile app to streamline conversion of candidates to employee records and to provide mobile access to interview schedules and notifications. The HROne deployment also operated alongside time and attendance modules with biometric synchronization in place for workforce attendance, enabling coherent HR data flows across recruitment and workforce management. Governance changes included consolidation of HR data into a single Employee Master and process standardization for recruitment and helpdesk case handling, reducing manual reconciliation and repeated data entry.
