Implementation activities followed formal requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment processes, and produced functional and technical documentation to govern ongoing changes. Integrations were built to connect Workday with other HR related systems, with emphasis on maintaining data integrity and security and automating data flows for accurate absence balances and reporting. Operational coverage centered on HR and adjacent business functions, with the Workday Absence Management configuration supporting case management and reporting needs across stakeholder groups. Governance was established through iterative requirement validation, quality assurance cycles, role based security configuration, scripted testing, and stakeholder sign off to manage updates and maintain data accuracy. Reports and dashboards were created within Workday Absence Management and refined in partnership with HR stakeholders to improve operational visibility and control.
