Integration testing was executed in a Workday sandbox environment, and testing cycles surfaced critical defects and data mapping issues that were triaged and resolved, including integration touchpoints with payroll and financial feeds such as ADP and GL to PS listed during testing. Governance and operational support extended from requirements gathering through post deployment product support for payroll GL, procurement, expenses and business assets, with an emphasis on functional and technical ownership of financial reports and integrations. The implementation established ongoing support processes for report development, integration troubleshooting and scheduled integration outputs, and addressed critical issues and defects discovered during integration testing.
