In 2013 Skin Vision implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its primary Collaboration platform, establishing a cloud hosted foundation for corporate email, calendaring, and document collaboration. Skin Vision uses Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) on their website and across the organization to provide managed user accounts, domain email delivery via Gmail, shared Drive storage, and real time coauthoring for documents and spreadsheets.

In 2021 Skin Vision deployed DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution on its public website. The implementation embeds DocuSign eSignature into customer facing web flows to capture legally binding signatures and consent using template based envelopes and guided signing sessions. The deployment scope is focused on website delivered customer workflows rather than back office applications.
Integration is executed via embedded signing and API driven signature requests, preserving DocuSign eSignature audit trails, authentication options, and tamper evidence that are core to the Digital Signing category. Operational governance is centralized given the company size, with signature templates, recipient routing rules, and retention settings managed in the DocuSign console and synchronized with the website content layer. Skin Vision DocuSign eSignature Digital Signing supports customer facing signature workflows and online agreement orchestration on the corporate website.
