In 2020 SMYK Group implemented Unit4 Teta HR to centralize Core HR functions for HR and payroll services. The deployment was positioned to manage employee records and payroll-related workflows for corporate office staff and retail store employees, with operational coordination based in Warsaw.
Unit4 Teta HR was configured to deliver standard Core HR capabilities including employee master data management, time and attendance recording support, absence and leave administration, payroll data preparation, and HR reporting. The implementation emphasized configured reporting and statutory HR and payroll statements to meet local labor law requirements, and the system was used to prepare a variety of HR and payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
Operational integration focused on administration and control of systems recording working time for both office and store employees, and on structured data exchange with an external company responsible for payroll calculation and verification. The solution supported workflows for checking the correctness of externally calculated salaries and for generating the documentation required by external institutions and managerial review.
Governance and process changes formalized responsibilities for HR and payroll services, including system administration, control of time-recording systems, and training programs in labor law for managers.
